Food - What's Ok, What's Not?

For the purpose of this detox, here are the foods that are allowed and not allowed.
The idea is for the diet to be clean i.e. whole, unprocessed, no additives, no preservatives, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, refined foods free, easy to digest and free of other common food allergens.

Allowed: fruit except oranges, vegetables except corn, grains - rice, oats, buckwheat, millet, tapioca, arrowroot, amaranth, quinoa, teff, legumes except soy, nuts and seeds except peanuts, lamb, poultry and fish, rice/almond/oat/coconut milk (no dairy), cold pressed oils, water, herbal tea, brown rice syrup, molasses, stevia

Not allowed: oranges, corn, gluten containing grains, soy, peanuts, beef, pork, processed meats, eggs, shellfish, dairy, margarine, pop, coffee, tea or any other caffeine, chocolate, soy sauce, mustard, relish, ketchup, BBQ sauce, sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, candy, desserts, most bread, pasta, cereal

I tend to eat a lower carbohydrate diet generally, so my consumption of some of the allowable things like rice, brown rice syrup and molasses will be pretty limited.

Yours in health,
Pamela
